General rules

 

* ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

* NO OWN LIQUOR ALLOWED ON OUR PREMISES

* DAY VISITORS ARE ALLOWED UNTILL 18HOO SUNDAYS AT 17H00

* NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR PREMISES

* FIRE CAN ONLY BE MADE AT THE BRAAI STANDS

* NO GRITS OR GRITS HOLDER SHOULD BE REMOVED OR MOVED FROM THE BRAAI STANDS

* NO FURNITURE SHOULD BE REMOVED / MOVED WITHOUT THE MANAGERS PERMISSION

* BUNDU INN SECURITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEARCH YOU/ YOUR VEHICLE / ANY PERSON IN YOUR PARTY, BEFORE ENTERING THE PRIMISES OR DEPATURE.

* BUNDU INN WON’T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POWER FAILURES

* NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR POWER FAILURES                  

* BUNDU INN WON’T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENTS USING SWIMMING POOL

* NO BREAKABLE OBJECTS E.G GLASSES ARE ALLOWED NEAR THE SWIMMING POOL

 

EXTRA CHALET RULES

 

* R200 KEY DEPOSIT NEED TO BE PAID ABOVE THE TOTAL COSTS AND IT WILL BE REFUNDED IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER

* KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE DEPOSITED BACK TO THE CLIENT ACCOUNT 3 DAYS AFTER DEPATURE

* NO SMOCKING IN THE CHALETS

* NO CHALET EQUIPMENTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE SWIMMING POOL e.g. TOWELS, GLASSES etc

* CHECK IN TIME 11 AM AND CHECK OUT 10:30 ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

* IF THE NUMBER OF CLIENTS EXCEED THE ONE BOOKED FOR, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NO REFUND AND KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIED

 *AFTER CHECK OUT TIME CLIENTS CAN MOVE TO THE PARK BUT THEIR VISITORS WILL HAVE TO PAY VISITORS FEE

* NO LOUD MUSIC AT THE CHALET

* CHALET KEYS NEED TO BE HANDED BACK TO THE RECEPTION BEFORE LEAVING OR IF NOT POSSIBLE ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH THE MANAGER TO HAND IN THE KEYS AT SECURITY OR NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

* TEENAGERS HAS TO BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR PARENTS

*NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO MAKE FIRE OUTSIDE THE BRAAI AREA.

* CHALET MUST BE CHECKED BY ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS BEFORE THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID BACK TO THE CLIENT AND MUST BE APPROVED BY THE MANAGER

*NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS ARE ALLOWED AT THE CHALETS

*THE PERSON THAT THE KEY DEPOSIT IS HANDED TO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHALETS AND THE KEYS.

* NO KEYS ARE TO BE LEFT BEHIND THE DOOR DURING DEPATURE

*CLIENT WHO BOOKED THE CHALET ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN LIQUOR TO THE FUNCTION BECAUSE IF ONE IS CAUGHT DOING THAT, HE / SHE WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE PREMISES BY SECURITY IMMEDIATELY (THIS RULE IS NOT FLEXIBLE)

* NO VIITORS ARE ALLOWED AT THE CHALETS

* NO OWN LIQUOR  OR COOLERBOXES ARE ALLOWED AT THE CHALET

* AFTER 7PM  CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO OUT OF THE PRIMISES AND IF IT IS EMERGENCY PLEASE ARRANGE WITH THE MANAGER, IF YOU GO OUT WITHOUT ANY ARRANGEMENT ENTRANCE WILL

 

BE REFUSED

* IF ARMBANDS ARE PROVIDED PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU WEAR THEM AT ALL TIMES IF NOT, YOU’LL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.

 

EXTRA FUNCTION RULES

 

* 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE FUNCTION HAS TO BE PAID TO SECURE THE DATE,

DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF THE FUNCTION IS CANCELLED

*FULL AMOUNT MUST BE PAID A WEEK BEFORE THE FUNCTION AND TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE SHOULD BE CONFIRMED

*A FUNCTION CAN BE STOPPED AT ANY TIME IF THE CLIENTS DON’T ABIDE WITH THE RULES OF BUNDU INN

*FUNCTIONS ENDS AT 24H00

* BREAKAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID AND ONLY BE PAID BACK AFTER EVERYTHING IS CHECKED BY STAFF AND APPROVED BY MANAGER

* CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFIETED IF THE VENUUE IS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED

*NO LITERING, IF BEING CAUGHT YOU WILL BE FINED R500.00 AND YOU WILL HAVE TO    LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY

 

FAILER TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND THE KEY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!!!!!!!
